Analytics Manager

The Analytics Manager is a key member of the Donor Data & Insights team, responsible for transforming complex fundraising data into actionable insights using a modern analytics technology stack (Blackbaud CRM, Snowflake data warehouse, Amperity Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Power BI). This role supervises the Donor Data Analyst and provides leadership in reporting and business intelligence functions.

The role works closely with the Data Engineer on Snowflake and CDP architecture, collaborates with major gift and relationship fundraising staff to build a robust pipeline that supports one-to-one fundraising, and partners with the Marketing & Communications team to optimize use of the CDP for journey mapping and segmentation.
