Position Summary: To provide in-house and field based clinical and technical training/support for medical devices and solutions for the assigned region.

The candidate will be responsible for healthcare professional training for pre and post market medical devices and associated surgical procedure usage; Implementing, and troubleshooting Liva. Nova products in the fields; providing technical expertise of new products; Design and execute annual clinical education program according to BU strategy.

Job Responsibility

  1. Field clinical support 1.Demonstrate in-room clinical service for Liva. Nova products and trouble shooting techniques
  2. Provide clinical training to Liva. Nova end users
  3. Build up close relationship with KOLs to implement efficient clinical expertise sharing network
  4. Clinical education support
  5. Builds professional and technical knowledgy by engaging with customers, attending scientific conference, educational workshops, delivering presentations and training to field personnel
  6. Regularly educates and updates physicians and clinical follow-up staff on new products releases of device systems and features, including both hardware and software modifications
  7. Design and organize annual clinical education plan align with BU strategy
  8. Cross functional project support
  9. Work together with sales team for KOLs management, distributor and internal training
  10. Co-operate with Marketing team with clinical insight during strategy implemenation and promotion material preparation
  11. Support function team such as RA, QA with clinical expertise during project management Job Requirement
  12. Medical education background and at least 5 years working experience needed
  13. Strong communication and KOL management skill with healthcare professionals
  14. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  15. Abillity for training, presentation and facilitation
