• Language, Speech and Hearing Copy of Transcript (BA/BS plus any advanced degrees) Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 recent) Resume Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
• Language, Speech and Hearing Comments and Other Information Completion of mandatory training for all staff will also be required as a preemployment requirement. Fingerprint, and TB Clearance will be required as conditions of employment. The filling of these positions is contingent on board approval.
