Assistant Property Manager-Canterbury Park

Conlin Properties, Inc. has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager at a community in Pleasant Hill. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for all phases of community operations under the direction of the Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager plays an important role in resident - landlord relationships.

Duties include: Assist the Property Manager with the general administration of the property and perform related management functions with daily operations. Assist the Property Manager to ensure compliance with the property’s financial performance goals. Be accountable for the overall condition of the property to ensure that it is maintained in the best condition possible.

Assist Property Manager with maintenance of files for the property. Manage the maintenance work order system. Assign work orders to maintenance staff and follow up on the completion of the work. Creatively initiate and organize resident functions on regular basis.

Requirements

Tax Credit property management experience highly desired. Will oversee other properties as directed. Yardi software experience highly desired. The candidate must be able to work independently and as a member of the site team. Excellent customer service experience required. Strong attention to details. Professional appearance and presence.

Strong communication and follow-up skills. Enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to multi-task. Genuinely enjoyment helping others and working with the public. Team-oriented, self-motivated and positive! Computer skills sufficient to enter daily operations data into the computer. Solid and consistent work history with excellent references.

Some weekends may be required. This position requires this person to live on site. All expenses paid as part of the salary package.
