• Conduct reimbursement process
• Conduct Procurement Process : PR, PO and etc
• Provide operations inventory
• Maintain and update the Participants & Staffs data
• Ensure the validity of Participants & Staffs information data
• Maintain and update the Incoming – Outgoing letters
• Communicate with other related units regarding the operations process
• Provide all administrative functions as per requirement
• Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
• Provide academic process related with documentation, such as certificate, participants stipendium, pedagogy demands, etc.
• Conduct activities related to recruitment process, especially related with incoming/outgoing formal letters, etc Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Monitor the overall documentation process in related area
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
