Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the Agent
• Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-up activities
• Answer and route phone calls professionally
• Assist customers with general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members
• Draft, organize, and manage emails and correspondence
• Assist with administrative projects and special assignments
• Support office operations and contribute to a positive customer experience
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications:
