Position Overview

• Employment Status: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $19.00–$22.00 per hour
• Work Environment: Work primarily in a climate-controlled facility, with occasional indoor or outdoor assignments as needed. Outdoor work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred

Schedule

• Alternating shifts: 7:00 AM–5:00 PMor9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Overtime may be required, potentially 1–2 additional hours per day.
• On-call availability is required every other weekend.
• Working hours will be determined by the manager.

Position Summary

The Service Technician provides a high level of customer service by supporting the maintenance, servicing, and repair of products in both field and shop environments. This is an entry-level opportunity for a dependable, safety-conscious individual who is eager to learn, follow instructions, and develop technical skills.

• Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Mechanical aptitude is a significant plus but is not required.
• Previous experience in a shop or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Relevant experience servicing tools or similar equipment is preferred.
• Training or experience with the operational characteristics of company products is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, servicing, and completion of downhole tools.
• Service tools promptly while following established service quality procedures.
• Complete production-related tasks assigned by supervisors and management.
• Maintain accurate and complete service documentation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cranes and forklifts, as required.
• Communicate and collaborate with personnel across departments and disciplines.
• Participate in action plans for new projects as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to shop guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Follow all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
• Be available to work assigned shifts and required overtime.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently. For items weighing up to 70 lbs, lifting equipment, such as cranes or forklifts, will be provided, and training will be available on proper use.
• Work safely in a factory environment that may include high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors.
