Job Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance. Administer medications following prescribed dosages and schedules. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Medication Aide certification required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
