Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to support the litigation team in managing cases from filing through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to develop strong litigation skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, gaining hands-on experience in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the litigation process Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Support depositions, including preparation of materials and summaries Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda and briefs Assist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trial Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision Maintain organized case files and track deadlines Requirements Active member of the California State Bar in good standing 1-5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred) Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Exposure to discovery, motion practice, or depositions Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Collaborative and eager to learn Salary Range: $120,000.
