Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an organized, dependable, and compassionate Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!

In this important role, you will help ensure our clients receive consistent, quality care by coordinating caregiver schedules and matching the right caregivers with the right clients.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules for home care clients.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, qualifications, skills, and client needs.
• Respond promptly to call-outs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Assist with adding and onboarding new caregivers into the scheduling system.
• Help maintain continuity of care and a positive experience for clients and their families.

What We're Looking For

• Previous scheduling, staffing, or coordination experience (home care experience preferred).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience is a plus.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
