Location: Market Drayton Butter Plant Permanent | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) Looking for your next engineering challenge? Working within a high-performing engineering team, you'll deliver planned and reactive maintenance, solve complex faults, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

What You'll Bring

Recognised engineering apprenticeship Experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Engineering Technician, or Shift Technician within manufacturing or logistics Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Maintenance and reliability engineering experience Automation and continuous improvement experience (desirable) What You'll Do Deliver planned and reactive maintenance Diagnose faults and restore equipment quickly and safely Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions Support continuous improvement and FMEA activities Work from electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings Apply automation knowledge to fault finding and performance improvements Why Müller?
