The Oncology Clinical Navigator is a professional Registered Nurse who serves as a dedicated clinical resource and point of coordination for patients throughout the cancer care continuum. The Clinical Navigator facilitates timely access to oncology services, promotes continuity and coordination of care, provides clinical education and support, and helps patients and families navigate the complex medical, emotional, financial, and logistical challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis.
