Senior Director / Executive Director, HCP Marketing

Rezolute is a late-stage rare disease biopharmaceutical company focused on developing transformative therapies for patients living with severe metabolic and endocrine disorders. Our lead investigational therapy, RZ358 (ersodetug), is a fully human monoclonal antibody in late-stage clinical development for the treatment of congenital and acquired forms of hyperinsulinism (HI).

Position Overview

The Senior Director / Executive Director, HCP Marketing, will support strategy development and lead tactical execution focused on a new product launch in congenital hyperinsulinism (cHI). This role will report to the Vice-President, Commercial Strategy, and requires expertise in personal promotions and thought leader engagement, as well as experience in a rare disease launch.

This role will also be responsible for supporting HCP market research in collaboration with the Commercial Data & Analytics team, to drive insights that shape marketing strategy and support the commercial success of Rezolute’s rare disease product. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance.
