JOB TITLE: Order Entry Specialist PAY RANGE : $25 - $30 | SHIFT: 1 st (7AM – 3:30 PM) SEE WHAT WE DO : https://youtu.be/kvuAbB4969E?si=MCg_01gD0C0BCG6- QUICK SUMMARY The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring all information is complete, timely, and aligned with production capabilities.

Acting as a critical link between customers, sales, production, and shipping, this role reviews purchase orders, enters data into our ERP system, verifies pricing and product specifications, and resolves discrepancies to prevent delays or errors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and customer focus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Enter customer orders, revisions, and change requests into the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy. Verify pricing, lead times, part numbers, quantities, and product specifications before order entry. Collaborate with sales, customer service, engineering, and production to resolve discrepancies or unclear requirements.

Communicate order confirmations, updates, and changes to customers professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate digital records and documentation for audits and quality compliance. Provide internal teams with order-related data, reporting, and status updates as needed. Support sales and estimating through quotation follow ups.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing, order processing, customer support, or ERP data entry. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively across departments. Confidence managing changing priorities and multiple orders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems.
