Patient Access Representative - Casual

The Patient Access Representative I directly interacts with patients on the phone and/or in person under direct supervision to support front office business operations in hospital. This position performs duties including, but not limited to hospital admissions, registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, patient collections, switchboard communications and emergency communications.
