Production Operator Job Description: As a production operator, you would be responsible for packaging, palletizing, and unloading product from production equipment.

This is a training position for progression to other forming & padding operations. We have positions available in both our Padding and PET departments, and a variety of shifts available. Essential Production Operator responsibilities may include: Loads machine with trays/pads by continuously reaching & lifting above shoulder height Bags, boxes, palletizes finished products Performs quality inspections and tests Prepares production logs, product tags, and time logs as necessary Operates scrap grinder as required and understands recycle system Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines Remains compliant with SQF/HACCP requirements Shift/Hours: Overnights (A shift)
