Senior Director, Employee Relations and Compliance

As Senior Director, Employee Relations and Compliance, you will provide strategic leadership for MGT's enterprise-wide employee relations and employment compliance programs. Reporting to the SVP, HR Services, you will serve as a senior resource for employee relations, workplace investigations, and employment compliance while helping develop the team's capabilities. 

This role is ideal for a leader who combines sound judgment, strong business acumen, and deep employee relations expertise with broad employment compliance knowledge and experience developing teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable advising senior leaders and executives, supporting scalable programs, and helping the organization navigate growth and change.
