Middle SAP Consultant (Order-to-Cash)

We are looking for a Middle SAP Consultant to join a strategic global project focused on transitioning and modernizing the SAP landscape, where you will be a key contributor in the Order-to-Cash stream. This remote role involves working within a dedicated team to ensure a seamless SAP support transition and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to acquire understanding of business processes, configurations, and custom code for the Order-to-Cash stream Support the seamless transition of SAP O2C support ensuring zero downtime Provide ongoing support, continuous improvement, and innovation for O2C processes Execute hands-on exercises in test environments to validate acquired knowledge Review and update support documentation including standard operating procedures and runbooks Manage escalations and resolve complex incidents related to the O2C stream Conduct shadowing and reverse shadowing activities during the transition phase Requirements 2+ years of experience as a SAP consultant in retail solutions Proficiency in SAP Retail and SAP Retail Sales modules Background in supporting or implementing SAP Order-to-Cash processes Ability to absorb and apply knowledge from intensive transfer sessions Competency in managing SAP support documentation and incident resolution Capability to work effectively in a remote team environment English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher Nice to have Familiarity with SAP Retail Master Data Knowledge of SAP-IS Retail Solutions
