Senior Accountant (Mangrol)

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Mangrol, Surat Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month Experience: 3-4+ Years Industry: Manufacturing Position: Full-time, on-site About the Company We are a growing petroleum manufacturing company engaged in industrial manufacturing operations. The company operates in a process-driven manufacturing environment where strong financial controls, accurate accounting, timely statutory compliance, and proper documentation are critical to day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who can independently manage routine accounting activities and statutory compliance while working closely with management, vendors, auditors, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and Tally operations. Handle sales/purchase invoices, billing, credit/debit notes, and documentation. Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ITC reconciliation. Handle TDS calculation, payments, returns, and records. Maintain customer/vendor ledgers, ageing reports, and account reconciliations.

Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and monthly book closing. Manage accounting for purchases, inventory, production expenses, and CAPEX. Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and tax consultants. Prepare MIS reports, receivables/payables, cash flow, and financial reports. Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Maintain financial records and support cost tracking and financial analysis.

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification. 3-5+ Years of experience. Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and statutory compliance. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations. Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and ledger management.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accounting operations independently.
