OpenX is seeking a strategic, commercially driven Senior Director, DSP Partnerships & Growth (Americas) to lead the regional DSP partnerships organization and accelerate revenue growth across established and emerging buying platforms. As the programmatic ecosystem evolves, OpenX is redefining how supply-side and demand-side platforms collaborate to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation.

This leader will play a critical role in strengthening our position with leading DSPs, expanding demand diversification, and translating emerging market opportunities into sustainable commercial growth. This is more than a traditional partnership management role. We're looking for a commercial builder and strategic operator who can independently lead a high-performing team, establish executive-level relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and turn complex technical capabilities into differentiated business value.

Reporting to the Global Head of DSP, this leader will drive the commercial growth and execution of OpenX's US DSP partnerships, translating strategic priorities into measurable revenue outcomes while collaborating closely with DSP Operations, Product, and cross-functional commercial teams.
