Site Superintendent

The Site Superintendent provides daily onsite leadership, oversight, and supervision of construction activities, subcontractors, craft personnel, and site safety. The position is responsible for coordinating and managing field operations, subcontractors, and consultants and serves as a company representative when interfacing with clients and other project stakeholders.

The Site Superintendent ensures construction activities are performed in accordance with contract documents, project plans and specifications, safety and quality requirements, established schedules, and budget expectations. The position is responsible for maintaining project progress and supporting successful completion within the required period of performance.
