Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs Lead or contribute to service architecture design, particularly in microservices and event-driven systems Optimize data queries and system performance for relational and NoSQL databases Build and manage CI/CD workflows using Docker and Git Integrate AI-related features (e.

g., model inference APIs, vector databases, NLP pipelines) into backend systems Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality and maintainability Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions Maintain and troubleshoot production systems and participate in on-call support when needed Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Python for backend development (FastAPI) Solid understanding of Git-based development workflows Experience with Docker for environment setup, packaging, and deployment Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.

g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), caching, and performance best practices Knowledge or experience with AI/ML systems (e.g., integrating ML APIs, handling inference pipelines) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Go or Java for backend development (Python remains the top priority) Basic frontend knowledge (JavaScript/TypeScript with Vue or React) Familiarity with distributed systems tools (e.
