Handles clients and potential client questions over the phone, email or in person, giving them clear and correct information Place orders in system, forward orders to warehouse and book shipping for the orders. Answer phones and emails pertaining to cabinets, orders, shipments, and payments. Track orders in the warehouse and keep up with status updates.

Work Experience 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred. Experience with cabinetry preferred. Skills Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and patient listener. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Must be computer literate and be able to type efficiently. Must be able to distinguish colors.

Spanish speaker preferred

• English is neccessary. Prefer to have cabinetry experience Education Should have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Will take work experience and proven math, reading, and writing skills in lieu of formal education.
