Assistant Director of Facilities

The Assistant Director of Facilities supports the planning and execution of facilities operations, capital improvement projects, and emergency response initiatives across Children's Aid's portfolio of more than 40 locations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, this role provides project oversight, coordinates renovations and site improvements, and serves as a key operational partner to maintain safe, functional, and mission-driven environments for children, families, and staff.
