Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Graduate (WA)

Our client, a leading infrastructure contractor delivering major energy, transport and defence projects, is seeking a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Graduate to join their team on a landmark infrastructure project.

About the Role

This role sits within the Social Licence team and focuses on building strong relationships with communities and stakeholders while supporting communication strategies across a major infrastructure project. You will be part of a structured graduate program designed to develop your capability through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support community and stakeholder engagement activities across the project
• Assist in preparing communication materials and project updates
• Coordinate and support community events, briefings and information sessions
• Respond to stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain engagement records and track stakeholder interactions
• Work closely with project teams to ensure clear and consistent communication
• Contribute to initiatives that support positive community relationships Requirements
• Recently graduated or in your final year of a relevant degree
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Interest in infrastructure, community engagement or public communication
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
