What You'll Do

Lead & Support Your Team Work alongside technicians to deliver fast, quality oil changes and maintenance services. Help train, coach, and motivate team members. Support the Shop Manager with daily operations and team performance. Take the lead when the Shop Manager is away. Set a positive example through teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.

Provide Great Customer Service Greet customers and guide them through the service process. Explain recommended maintenance services clearly and professionally. Assist customers from check-in through payment. Help create a friendly, efficient experience that keeps customers coming back. Keep the Shop Running Perform oil changes, fluid inspections, filter replacements, and other basic vehicle maintenance.

Help manage inventory, supplies, and shop organization. Complete opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company safety procedures and service standards.

What We're Looking For

Automotive service, quick lube, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and help others succeed.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful, but we value a great attitude and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to work in an active automotive shop environment. Ability to lift and handle tools, supplies, and automotive products as required for the position.
