FP&A Business Partner

As a Cognyter you will: Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance to business units, translating data into strategic recommendations. Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, monitor key financial metrics, and deliver insights. Process Improvement: Streamline FP&A processes, enhance automation, and improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a medium-large organization or a public company. BA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA/CPA a plus). Strong hands-on FP&A skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and business partnering skills. AI-mindset - Proactively looks to move processes to AI‑driven solutions. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or financial systems is an advantage. Fluent in written and spoken English
