Package & Benefits Salary: Negotiable (DOE) Location: Franschhoek, Western Cape Live-out position Key Responsibilities Provide attentive and personalised service to guests in line with fine dining standards Present menus, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages efficiently Ensure consistency in service quality, guest interaction, and presentation Assist with table settings, wine service, and overall dining room organisation Maintain excellent hygiene and service standards at all times Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations Support special events, private dining, and guest occasions as required Minimum Requirements Previous fine dining or luxury hospitality service experience essential Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism Attention to detail and organisational ability Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Professional attitude and strong team player mentality Ideal Candidate A motivated and detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for guest service, eager to grow within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment.
