Area Chief Engineer - Colwen Hotels

The Holiday Inn Express South Burlington/Downtown and the Holiday Inn Express St. Albans, Colwen Hotels Properties, are looking for a Regional Chief Engineer to join our team, leading the day-to-day maintenance operations for area hotels as assigned. You will play a key role in overseeing, coordinating, and assisting with maintenance activities, ensuring routine maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance are completed and documented, providing hands-on support and direction to the hotel engineering teams, as well as monitoring capital repairs and renovation projects.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of the assigned hotels and protecting the well-being of our guests and associates.
