Acquisition Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

We are a fast-paced, high-performing agency with two locations in Fairport and Canandaigua, NY.

In this role, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering Life and Health insurance products tailored to their needs. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, develop your sales skills, and grow your income while making a positive impact in our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Educate customers on policy options, benefits, and coverage.
• Proactively reach out to customers to identify opportunities for additional protection.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Assist customers with policy changes, questions, and service needs.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and determined to succeed.
• Easygoing attitude and ability to work well with a close-knit team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• P & C insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
