With this acquisition, Grask Truck Group (GTG Peterbilt) adds stores in Wichita, Great Bend and Hays, Kansas nearly doubling their size of operation in the Midwest. The successful candidate will assist internal and external customers by helping to identify needed parts. Strive to provide exceptional customer service.

Advise customers on available parts and services.

Requirements

Assist mechanics and customers with acquiring parts. Locate parts mechanics might need to finish job. Answer customer questions, provide price quotes in-person and over the phone. Sell parts to help achieve sales goal. Stock shelves on display and in warehouse. Pull customer orders. Maintain inventory, cycle count inventory, assist with core returns.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service. Self-starter, maintain positive attitude. Automotive or truck part related experience a plus not required. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Communicate updates to internal and external customers. Mechanical knowledge a must. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Required experience: Sales/Customer Service 1 year Automotive or Truck Parts 1 year Education: Intermediate computer skills.

High school or equivalent preferred Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
