• Technical Job Description Summary Job Description To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Soft services to Kotak in Mumbai, in support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators. OTHER KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To plan and deliver prompt and courteous Technical Services in support of Customers’ business needs in a safe working environment.
2. To liaise with the customer’s representative regarding all matters on delegated levels of authority.
