Assistant Manager - Public Relations

Job Purpose: Support the Manager

• Public Relations in executing local and international public relations strategies and initiatives to enhance the company's brand reputation, ensuring events, announcements, and key communications are effectively promoted through strong media partnerships and positive media coverage Key Responsibilities
• Manage media enquiries from local, regional, and international media outlets, and maintain effective communication with media representatives
• Support the planning and execution of media tours, filming activities, photoshoots, and entertainment arrangements
• Organize and deliver media events, press conferences, and public relations initiatives
• Draft, edit, and translate press materials, including press releases, property fact sheets, media advisories, and other communications collateral
• Liaise closely with appointed public relations agencies to ensure the effective execution of communication and publicity initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted media contacts, expanding media networks to enhance brand awareness and media exposure
• Support the implementation of public relations strategies and communications programs to promote the organization's brand and key initiatives
• Perform other ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by management Competencies and Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in related field Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism preferred Language Ability: Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (English and Chinese) and Excel
