Senior SAP HANA Cloud Developer

We are currently seeking a qualified SAP HANA Cloud Developer to become part of our team. This position involves designing and maintaining advanced data models, pipelines, and backend systems that support demanding business processes and analytics across manufacturing, engineering, and operations environments. If you're enthusiastic about refining data systems, building scalable solutions, and delivering work with meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you Responsibilities Engineer and sustain scalable, reliable data models constructed natively within SAP HANA Cloud Assess and convert existing logic and workflows from external systems such as Databricks, Alteryx, and KNIME into high-performing, native SAP HANA Cloud artifacts Undertake in-depth performance assessments, query tuning, memory footprint reduction, and execution plan reviews to achieve sub-second latency on large-scale operational datasets Maintain and enhance backend services powering enterprise applications, with particular attention to HADES list apps and downstream reporting engines Work hand-in-hand with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and engineering stakeholders to translate complex operational demands into clear technical specifications Define best practices for HANA modeling, code reviews, and CI/CD data lifecycle management, while guiding team members and establishing standard operating procedures Identify potential architectural bottlenecks and unusual edge cases ahead of time to protect operational pipelines from disruption Requirements A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable quantitative field A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience Knowledge of and hands-on involvement with HANA Cloud, with HA300 training completion considered beneficial Experience converting Databricks, Alteryx, or KNIME models into the HANA Cloud framework Background in applying HANA Cloud optimization approaches Practical experience with HADES list apps Capacity to collaborate with business analysts in translating business requirements into technical solutions A proactive approach toward addressing and resolving issues Upper-Intermediate English language competency (B2)
