Job description
Key Accountabilities Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure reports requested by stakeholders are accurate, complete and sent within requested timeline Process Enhancement and Documentation: Proactively review, document, and maintain comprehensive procedures and guidelines for report generation Report Automation and System Implementation: Actively participate in system project for report automation Data Quality Assurance : Review and ensure adequate data quality checks are in place.
Propose enhancement to DQ checks when necessary Stakeholder Communication and Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders regarding reporting needs Job Responsibilities Work as a team member to ensure reports requested by stakeholders are accurate, complete and sent within requested timeline. Take on multiple roles (maker / checker / reviewer) within the team to ensure report accuracy.
Engage stakeholders for queries / deep dive requests on portfolio matters to ensure delivery addresses stakeholder concerns. Periodic review of report approach and DQ checks to recommend updates to methodology if necessary. Participate actively in inter-department initiative to build next generation dashboard to upgrade analytics capabilities.
Provide stakeholders with as-is approach of reports and engage in discussions to retrofit approach into dashboard with enhanced capabilities. Provide support for adhoc initiatives assigned Requirements Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. Experience in credit risk analytics, portfolio reporting, or business intelligence within the financial services sector.
Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools such as SQL and Python Experience with data visualization and power pivot is preferable Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Ability to work adaptively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple reporting schedules. Location: DBS Asia Hub Job: Risk Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
