Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience Implement strategies and initiatives to optimize the customer experience Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer experience team Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives YOU MUST HAVE 5 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Experience in customer experience management is preferred. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
