The iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for Credit and Collections Manager to join the team. Situated on 22 acres along Waikiki's broadest stretch of sand with 2,860 rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets, this premier meeting destination offers over 150,000 sq. ft. of function space and Waikiki's most unique meeting and event venues.

The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum two years of management experience Minimum two years of experience in A/R and billing role One year of credit collection experience Shift Pattern : Monday to Friday, some weekends are required Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Oversee general ledger and financial reporting: Reconcile General Ledger accounts, review discrepancies, and guide team members in resolving issues to ensure accuracy and compliance Provide reporting oversight: Ensure accurate processing of financial reports, including month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and variance reports Control budgets and inventory: Track and manage inventories and operational expenses to maintain cost control Supervise payroll processing: Oversee timekeeping systems, weekly payroll submissions, gratuity calculations, and monthly payroll audits Handle financial transactions: Ensure proper processing of received checks, calculate daily deposit transmittals, and maintain financial records Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
