Primary point of contact for customers/clients and key interface to Business Development and Project Controlling Technical leadership, team building, and resource management of proposal and study teams to ensure on-time delivery Planning, coordination, and monitoring of all engineering, process, and review activities, including documentation management Coordination of internal technical contributions as well as selection, integration, and management of subcontractors and partners Ensuring the quality, progress, processes, and competitiveness of proposals and studies Responsibility for cost and risk management, including cost estimation, risk analysis, and risk assessment Preparation of programmatic and management documentation, as well as support for commercial and contractual documentation
