MISSIONS : Own the company's ecosystem-driven growth strategy, Drive adoption of their infrastructure across the broader application landscape.
Own scaling customer acquisition through partnerships. Design and own their end-to-end ecosystem strategy Onboard the next billion people into De. Fi and doing this start from ground zero Requirements 3+ years in Business Development, Ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or Web3 infra or developer-facing tech. Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems.
You have worked at a leading De. Fi protocol (Ideally top 30. You are obsessed with growth and deliver incredible numbers through innovative partnerships. Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams. Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments. Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield.
