• FT/Part Time/PRN Whispering Pines & Carolina Inn-PRN Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a beautiful skilled nursing and long-term residential rehabilitation facility in Fayetteville, NC. Conveniently located just minutes from the hospital and surrounding medical offices, our facility provides a warm, inviting, and home-like environment where patient-centered care is our top priority. Position Highlights: Department hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days per week Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work in a well-maintained, welcoming facility Key Responsibilities: Deliver skilled physical therapy services in a SNF setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation Provide patient and caregiver education to promote functional outcomes Requirements Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
