Facilities Coordinator
Job description
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of facilities operations to ensure a safe, compliant, clean, and efficient work environment across the company's office, laboratory, manufacturing, and support spaces. This role independently manages maintenance requests and vendor relationships, leads small to medium facility projects, and maintains the records, budgets, and metrics that support building systems, compliance, and workplace services.
The Facilities Coordinator is a primary point of contact for employees on facilities matters, exercises sound judgment to prioritize competing needs and resolve issues with minimal supervision, and recommends improvements to processes and service delivery. The Facilities Coordinator partners closely with Facilities leadership, Security, EH&S, IT, Human Resources, Finance, and external service providers to maintain a high-quality workplace.
