E&m Engineer (Mvac)

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing MVAC and other E&M works, ensuring smooth progress and compliance with specifications Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain effective collaboration Monitor site activities, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements Prepare and review technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and maintain accurate project records Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to support integrated project delivery Requirements Certificate or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MVAC / Building Services / E&M subcontractor works Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD Good command of spoken and written English and Chines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant E&M Engineer
