Software Engineer

• Python / Data & Automation Experience: 2–3 Years Department: RPA / Data & Automation Role: Individual Contributor (Developer) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Python Developer to join our Data & Automation team. You will work on automation, data extraction, SQL, and internal automation tools. You will also troubleshoot issues and help maintain reliable automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python automation scripts . Work on UI, desktop, system, or web automation . Add proper error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms . Write SQL queries to check, validate, and process data . Maintain and improve reusable automation tools and libraries. Find and fix issues in automation scripts and workflows.

Use Git for code management, branching, and code reviews. Work with the team and provide regular updates on tasks and issues.

Required Skills

2–3 years of professional Python experience . Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) . Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, or web scraping . Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. Basic understanding of Linux/Unix environments. Good knowledge of Git .

Good debugging and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good to Have Experience with AWS – S3, EC2, RDS . Knowledge of PySpark or AWS Glue . Experience working with REST APIs . Knowledge of JSON, Parquet, and other data formats . Experience with data migration or data archiving .
