• Communication and Sports This course provides students with an overview of various aspects of the relationship between communication (especially, media) and sports. Topics covered may include the history of mediated sports; how various communication industries program, report, and promote sports and athletes; the audiences who consume mediated sports; and various social issues (e.g., sexual identity, race/ethnicity, politics, criminality) raised, perpetuated, or critiqued by sports coverage. Job Requirement
• A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred
• 5 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
• Course design and implementation based on UB syllabus and textbook
• Assessment of students
• Must be available to teach daytime on weekdays
