Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including Sales, Operations, Technology, Product, and Corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer release and joining. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Drive offer acceptance and joining conversions through regular follow-ups. Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate data on Keka.

Track hiring targets, turnaround time, and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Exposure to hiring across multiple departments and functions. Candidates with a travel industry or travel-tech background will be preferred. Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
