What You'll Do

Oversee 3 or more retail locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to success. Build Great Teams: Recruit, hire, train, and develop talented employees. Drive Results: Motivate your teams to achieve sales goals and key performance targets. Support Store Operations: Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meeting company standards.

Create Great Experiences: Help resolve customer concerns and promote outstanding service. Lead by Example: Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and create a culture of teamwork and accountability.

What We're Looking For

Previous retail sales and leadership experience (1+ years preferred). Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed. A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
