Avoid IT and BE background candidates ideally).  Open to 12 th pass candidates also  They should be ready for a field role with a drive to meet the daily deliverables  Own two-wheeler with license  Good communication skills in local language, Fast Learning ability, Adaptable, Result Orientation and Problem-solving Skills  0-5 Years of field sales experience in any domain.
