Coordinator, Operations (Shopping Centre)

Responsibilities

To coordinate, supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Shopping Centre, namely the proper running of the safety and security, cleaning, gardening and maintenance teams, and mainly concerning the installation and maintenance of equipment, setting priorities for action and ensuring the proper deployment of technical and human resources, in accordance with the general operating rules, for the purpose of assuring their safety and operability of all the systems, thus providing a pleasant space for visitors.

To elaborate and implement plans and programmers in order to optimize the consumptions and resources of the shopping centre To identity, select, propose for approval and follow up on items that compose the investment plan of the shopping centre To prepare the ESG Action Plan and to assure its implementation To elaborate and implement plans and programmers in order to optimize the consumptions and resources of the shopping centre To prepare the reports requested by the owner related to the technical area of the shopping centre, capex and ESG To manage and follow-up the service charge budget To collaborate with the different audits and certification processes
