Bar Staff - Temporary

If you’re energetic, love engaging with people, and have a flair for mixing drinks, we’d love to meet you! Job Description: As a member of our bar team, you’ll be the heart of our pub.

You’ll bring a positive attitude, keep things moving during busy shifts, and create an inviting atmosphere for regulars and new faces alike. This is a Temporary Role for the Festive Period, however, option to extend this dependent on performance, trade levels and the option to move to one of our sister sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks accurately and efficiently
• Greet and engage with customers, making them feel welcome
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Requirements:
• Previous experience as a bartender or in customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends are essential
