Tazza KitcheninRichmond, VA is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team!

Starting hourly wage: $17-$22/hour

Responsibilities include:

• learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques

• adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols

• cross training in all stations - salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven

• assist with inventory management

• assist with prep and dishwashing when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant

• Safe, competent knife skills

• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs

• Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus
